**D'mori: 30-Day Return Policy**

**3. Return Authorization (RA) Number:**
The RA number is essential for processing your return. Please ensure that the RA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package you are returning. Returns without a valid RA number may not be processed.

**4. Return Shipping:**
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item. D'mori is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

**5. Refund Process:**
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

**6. Exclusions:**
Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized, custom-made, and final sale items. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, items such as undergarments and earrings cannot be returned.
